A. Piano 2G Module
Description
The new acoustic piano module is here. Completely updated with twice memory and processing power to maximize the realistic feel when you play.
Available for Legend ’70s MKII, but also backward compatible with MKI.
The A. PIANO 2G module comprises a collection of acoustic piano sounds: grand pianos, baby grand pianos and upright pianos. This module uses the Viscount HDS (High Definition Sampling) technology. It is an advanced multi-sampling technology that ensures a faithful and authentic reproduction of the original sounds.
The module also comprises dynamic range and brilliance controls, that adjust the sound in real time, during the performance. Panel controls are further expanded by many other parameters that can be modified through the EDIT PROGRAM menu and through the Legend ’70s Editor App.
Timbre List:
There are 8 acoustic piano timbres, that can be loaded and used within the module differing in their acoustic and mechanical characteristics.
NB
With the Legend ’70s Editor application it is possible to modify the selected Timbre and/or select new models that will be released by Viscount. Changes made by this application affect all Programs. For more information, consult the Legend ’70s Editor user guide.

Panel Controls

- Dynamic Knob: Set the dynamic range of the acoustic piano: decrease (negative values) or increase (positive value) the
difference between pianissimo and fortissimo. - Brilliance Knob: Set the sound brilliance. Set the knob in its central position for a perfectly balanced sound.
Turn the knob counter-clockwise (negative values) to dampen high frequencies, for a less brilliant sound.
Turn the knob clockwise (positive values) to increase high frequencies, for a more brilliant sound.
