Implementations:

• Complete MIDI IN/OUT/THRU routing, added USB Device #2 as  AUX IN Volume control
• Clear Transposer on Cancel (new flag)
• Orchestra velocity and note range in pipesets and combinations
• Editor only: Tremolo fade in/out parameter to simulate the behavior of real organ tremolo where the effect takes a few cycles to stabilize

Revisions:

• Wind sensitivity effect mitigated for high values
• Pipeset Change piston disabled on Total Lock
• More headroom (12db) on audio levels
• Editor: reverb sliders now respond immediately
• Editor: added parameters for orchestra editing
• Editor: GUI fixes and mod
