Firmware update and new Sound Bank 1.03

Introduced the activation of the Note On at the first key contact, useful for having immediate sound; in the “Tune & Keyboard” page added the “Organ Keyb” parameter to enable this option.
Added option to assign “Reverb Send” parameter to Modulation Wheel and Foot Control Pedal
Controlling the drawbar hook mode by selecting a new Program or changing the drawbar assignment; a setting has been introduced in the “Utility” page to choose whether to immediately hook the new value as soon as a drawbar moves or only when the drawbar passes through the previously set value
Option to use two types of “HalfDamper” pedals: Type 1 (e.g. Yamaha) or Type2 (e.g. Roland)
Added new presets for the Amp effect
Shortcut to go directly to Program 1-1: in the main page press the “<” and “>” keys at the same time
Minor Bug Fixing & Some fixes to the Factory Programs
Some fixes regarding the sounds of Piano (dynamic range), Guitar (harmonic split point), Rhodes (bugs and release noise), Wurli, Clavinet, Harpsi (release noise).
