Overview

BEE Series Speakers can also be used in a fixed sound source installation (Public Address system), thanks to it’s efficient and convenient design.

For this purpose you can choose BEE passive-version speakers. These speakers are driven by a powerful amplifier and are well suited for both “spoken audio” as well as general sound reinforcement.

Design

The T150 is an integrated system designed for Public Address applications. The T150 includes 7 inputs and a 150W power amplifier.

Balanced inputs 1-3 can handle both mic and line signals.Input 1 is equipped with a ‘Voice Over’ function which lets you modify the signals of other channels during broadcast.Inputes  4-5 can handle stereo line signals (CD, Tape, etc.).Balanced inputs 6-7 can be used as a normal input line or as a signal link to other devices (for example other amplifiers).A 3 band equalizer allows you to treat the overall sound.

Interface

The T-150 amplifier has the following controls and connections:

Controls  (front)

MIC/LINE 1-2-3

Controls levels of the respective input channels.

VOICE OVER

The Voice Over function is reserved for MIC / LINE 1 and allows you to automatically cancel or attenuate the signals of the other channels during broadcast.

LINE 4

Controls level of the input channel stereo.

LINE 5-6-7

Controls level of the stereo input channel LINE 5 and the input channels LINE 6 and 7

EQUALIZER

3-band equalizer. Allows you to modify the overall sound.

MAIN

Control the general level of the output signal.

LED ON

Indicates the speaker’s current power state.

LED PROT

Indicator of the protection system of the amplifier.

LEDs -20 -3  0 +3

LED bar to display the level of the output signal.

POWER

Speaker’s power switch

Connections  (back):

MIC/LINE 1-2-3

Balanced inputs on combo jacks, compatible with XLR connectors and with JACK connectors.

GND LIFT

mass separator.

LINE 4-5

RCA jacks for connecting CD players, tape recorders, Hi-Fi systems, audio outputs for PC, etc..

Inputs LINE/Link 6-7

Stereo jacks for line-level signals. These balanced inputs allow you to process line level signals.

TAPE OUT

RCA jacks that send the mixing of the various input channels to an external apparatus.

MAIN OUT

stereo jacks.

This is the main audio output of the system and allows you to send the mixing of the various input channels to an external apparatus.
